Apache Stronghold has a number of great holes modeled after the Raynor template, including a Biarritz, a Redan, a Punchbowl and many others. The price is terrific too, well worth the drive out to Globe, AZ if you’re playing in the Scottsdale area.
Well there is good news in this time of economic crisis: One of the three Tom Doak designed golf courses to recently close has re-opened. Apache Stronghold has reopened after being shut down temporarily in February.
