So as the casino masters of TPC Utica,Turning Stone Casino  sorry, they don’t call it Casino for this week – Turning Stone Resort gleefully chirp “play where the pros play,” you too can “play slots where the pros walk by the slots!”
That’s right, while the resort hides the slots during ads and TV promos, the casino in the vicious tax flap hosts a quest for the card event. Gulp in as many deep barrel-fulls of God’s freshest forest-fragrant, dew-dripped air because for six days in otherwise beautiful fall we will immersed in the moral and physical stench of the most intolerable, infernal and insufferable old buzzard roost in all Golfdom. My review of the tax flap and dash to stash the gambling veneer will appear on Golf Observer this week. Meanwhile, here’s some further reading on the course that has no business hosting a PGA TOUR event.
