Bad week last week – 3-3, 0-3 in teasers. First time in three years I ever got shut out…no matter. We finish the regular season 62-15 over all and 26-14 in teasers. Good stats, but out with a whimper last week. I guess we have to be extra careful the last week of the season. Kudos to the Minnesota Vikings who survived the stoniest path to the playoffs by beating Houston and Green Bay to get in.

This is a dangerous game for the Squawks as excellent wild card teams sometimes go on the road to mediocre division winners and get unceremoniously bounced, (like 12-4 Pittsburgh did at 8-8 Denver last year. Still, the Redskin carriage has got to turn back into a pumpkin sooner or later or both Steve Czaban and Dan Snyder will be unbearable!
