Landis Fingers Armstrong, Explains Cheaters’ Roadmap

So after all the crying, yelling, accusing, posturing, and denying, Floyd Landis admitted it. He admitted he was every bit the lying, no-good steroid cheat we knew him to be.

Fox News and Sports reports that Landis decided to firebomb. If he’s going down, so are the rest of the cheaters. He’s forgotten that nobody likes a snitch, but he must feel he has nothing to lose.

From the article:

The emails are particularly focused on American riders. Mr. Landis said in them that during his career, he and other American riders learned how to conduct blood transfusions, take the synthetic blood booster Erythropoietin, or EPO, and use steroids. Mr. Landis said he started using testosterone patches, then progressed to blood transfusions, EPO, and a liquid steroid taken orally.”

Because of these revelations, and further advances in the ever fluid battle between cheats using as-yet undetectable designer PEDs and testers, the PGA Tour – now more than ever, in light of the Tiger Woods ibroglio, where his trainer iis linked to BALCO and his knee-injecting Dr. Galea is charged with HGH/PED distribution – now more than ever, the PGA Tour needs a beefed-up steroids policy to plug the gaping holes which allow HGH, other steroids, and masking agents to go undetected.

It’s either that, or they need a new Commissioner who has the strength of will to do it in Tim Finchem’s place. Otherwise, they look just like baseball, where they just make money off a drug-fueled record chase.

Is that what golf is being dragged towards? Or will its virtues and ethos be protected as they should be. Tim Finchem, you choose…
