Attaboy Ron Sirak! Raise some hell at the Tavis-crock!

Soooooooooo…the lugnuts running the grisly shuck called the “Tavistock Cup” tried to bully a journalist – and the president of the Met Golf Writers. It seems that the Tavistock Cup wouldn’t let Ron Sirak of Golf Digest cover their non-event because he wouldn’t wear a shirt of one of the teams and cowtow to the event’s gross self-indulgence. The event is a joke and should NEVER have been made a part of the PGA Tour schedule: it’s everything wrong with golf and sends the wrong message: rich, privileged people acting like a&%holes, and a&%-hat elitists, slapping themselves on the back, guffawing, drinking too much, ogling each others’ wives, and treating the help like slaves. Well you just insured that the media will slap you silly for years to come…and you richly deserve it. Here’s what Ron had to say:

I handed the overly officious quasi official my business card and told him to tell whoever cared about such matters that I came, I saw and I rejected the terms of engagement. At this point perhaps I should mention that I had to wait weeks to find out of my credential application for this non-event was approved.

Actually, this is the most excitement the Tavi-schlock has ever had!

Tavistock officials have no business telling journalists to be advertisements for their already laughing stock event. They also have no business pulling credentials for not playing along with their nonsensical whims. We have work to do. Get out of the way, or forget about us bringing attention to an event that otherwise would be seen by noone. By the way…you’ll have pull my black clothes from my cold, dead hand.

Headline: Tavistock Cup held and not one golf fan cares.
