One of the more intriguing prop bets for yesterday’s Super Bowl was this unexpected little nugget:
“Which will be greater, the number of Tiger Woods birdies in the final round at Dubai or the number of Plaxico Burress receptions?”
Tiger trounced him, carding nine birdies while Plax had a mere two catches.
What’s that? Plax has ring and Tiger won at…wait for it…Dubai? {Plax helped the Giants pull off the greatest upset in Super Bowl HistoryAND erase an other wise “perfect season?” OK, you’re right, Phyrric victory for Tiger. Then again, he does have thirteen majors.
