You’ll recall we had four quintessential national panelists sharing their stories and experiences from covering events in the media center to the Olympics and beyond. Filip Bondy of the New York Daily News has covered events across the globe including Winter Games for three different Olympiads. Vermont Digger’s Anne Galloway broke one of the biggest scandals in sports history with her coverage of the EB-5 scandal that rocked Vermont and involved fabled and popular Jay Peak. Hank Gola of the N Y Daily News won a Golden Quill for excellence in sports writing in 2018 and has won 10 additional first place awards from the Golf Writers Association of America over the course of his illustrious career. And Mike Vaccaro of the New York Post rounded out the star-studded, powerhouse line-up. Vaccaro grew up dreaming of being a sports writer, and now he’s an indispensable daily read on nearly every sport the paper covers.
