Jay’s Plays NFL Picks – Week 12 Predictions and Analysis

MYLES GARRETT CLOCKING MASON RUDOLPH…RIGHT?

Ever since being threatened with a benching several weeks ago, Torrey the Prediction Cat has been on a good run. A 5-1 tally last week (2-1 in teasers) swells the season totals to a respectable 31-11 over all, and brings the teaser mark to 12-9.
He hit with the Pats, Ravens, Chiefs, and Jet and one OVER (DOLPHINS-bills). The lone blemish was the Clowns picking Pittsburgh’s Mason Rudolph four times.

Here’s this week’s picks. As always we use the lines from www.vegasinsider.com and move the line six points in our favor since we do 2-team teasers. HOME TEAM IN CAPS.

UNDER ARMOR!

BROWNS-dolphins UNDER 53
RAIDERS-jets UNDER 53

Here’s the soft underbelly of this week’s slate of games: four struggling teams – three with no offense to speak of. Only the Raiders can find the end zone with any regularity. Look for lots of field goals.

HOME COOKIN’!

CHEATRIOTS -1 vs. cowboys
SAINTS -1 vs. panthers

The Cowboys are a sexy pick, and we gave them a loooooooong look at +13. But that New England defense is stern. Without Cam Newton, the Panthers can’t keep up with Brees.

AFC BRIDESMAIDS?

BILLS -1/2 vs. broncos
ravens +6 at RAMS

The new and improved Bills are the feel good story of the year in the NFL. Tough road test for the Ravens going all the way across the country, but the Rams aren’t as strong as in recent years.

ANOTHER 5-1 WEEK (2-1 IN TEASERS) PUTS TORREY THE PREDICTION CAT AT 31-11 OVERALL, 12-9 IN TEASERS
