So a quick reset for the week:
Tony Korologos of the Golf Space is in town, so he, his lovely wife Ali, my cast off-beat friends and yours truly will be taking Manhattan by storm for the next few days.
I’ll be playing some more Devereux Emmet golf this weekend, this time a Cherry Valley on Long Island. The course has a little Walter Travis and a little Robert Trent Jones in it as well, so it’ll bve an interesting round and an interesting review.
Finally, Thursday the 17th is my seventh anniversary as a golf writer, As you all know, I do a big anniversary article each year, and this year will be no exception. I’ll be releasing my course review of St. George’s that day. It was one of my favorite rounds not only for this year, but ever, so for the run-up, we’ll have lots of St. George’s photos to get you excited. After that, get ready for the annual year-end Jazzy Awards.
So there it is. I also won the football bet last night, with seven more games slated for Sunday. Let’s get well above .500!
