First, the Sports Business Journal reports that the PGA has signed a deal with golfbreaks.com for travel services:

Next, from the dumb ideas department, the NFL is moving the Pro Bowl’s date top the week BEFORE the Super Bowl.
So what happens to the many stars also playing in next week’s Super Bowl? What happens if they get hurt? Are any of them even going to play? Can you imagine if Pittsburgh is in the SB after beating Baltimore, then a Baltimore OL who is supposed to be protecting Roethlisburger..oops!…misses a block and a linebacker from say the Redskins, who face the Steelers next week in the Super Bowl breaks Big Ben’s arm with a late hit?
This has trouble written all over it. Either nobody ion the actual Super Bowl will play, or there’ll be bounties on their heads.
