I’ll be on assignment covering the U. Maryland golf course’s 50th anniversary gala and the golf team reunion tomorrow, so I’ll take today to wish a big happy birthday to Tony Korologos of Hooked on Golf!
Tony is one of the founding fathers of golf blogging, one of the ancient crew. He’s been around for the first hole-in-one at Ballyneal, the Athlebrities battle at last year’s “Team Challenge” events, and ventured out to Black Mesa fro media day. Along the way he’s played a large number of the top 100, been to several tour stops, and even survived that grisly shuck they call the PGA Merchandise show in the tackiest city in America – Orlando!
Tony, I couldn’t do it without you! Happy Birthday! Now get on those drums and practice so we can get you a cameo in the next video of some speed-pop bubble gum punk band or nerdcore rap act!
