Golf News Net, GolfTripX Hosting Fan Trip to Tennessee

SWEETENS COVE NINTH HOLE. PHOTO BY DARIN BUNCH.

Golf News Net and GolfTripX are hosting a reader and fan fun trip to…drum roll please…Tennessee! (Ain’t no place I’d rather be/Baby, won’t you carry me…).

Ryan Ballengee and the GolfTripX guys found this 9-holer designed by the King-Collins firm called Sweetens Cove that has fantastic movement in the earth, terrific green contours, and several configurations of play. So all of us are inviting all of you to come and hang with us.

The dates for the trip are August 23-24, just a half hour from Chattenooga and two hours from Atlanta. Your $350 entry fee includes unlimited golf for both days, contest entries, food and beverage, welcome bag and the chance at some great prizes — including golf and an overnight stay for a foursome at Tobacco Road’s Stewart Cabin in the North Carolina Sandhills and a two-night stay-and-play at Caledonia and True Blue in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

You can read more about the event or sign up here. See you all in South Pittsburg.
