Once again the tour bus will be revving, the keyboard will be clicking, and we’ll be bringing you the best travel destinations, along with pro tour and NCAA coverage all spring and summer long. The first stops will be in Georgia to coincide with the Masters and the Golf Writers Association of America events. We’ll be live from not only Augusta, but Longshadow G.C., (Mike Young is the architect), the Creek Club at Reynolds Plantation, (Jim Engh), and Ricefields, (Paul Cowley and Forrest Fezler).
The tour then shifts to Oklahoma for reports from both the Maxwell NCAA Invitational and tournament host Dornick Hills, the first course designed by Perry Maxwell. We’ll also play fabled Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club, designed by Maxwell and Alister MacKenzie.
Then the summer heats up with my fourth U.S. Open. We’ll have some rounds of golf at La Costa and PGA West. See you from the road.
