Jay’s Plays Radio – Running Coach Joe Wilczynski and Thank You Race Dots

THANK YOU RACE DOTS! NO MORE SAFETY PINS!
THANK YOU RACE DOTS! NO MORE SAFETY PINS!

We turn from the U.S. Open to the Open Championship, but first we’ll kill two birds with one stone with our next guest on the Jay’s Plays show. Joe Wilczynski is a legendary running coach, and with the 40th running of thr Boilermaker 15 in Utica today, he’ll be graduating another class of rookie runners to the finish line and leading his Mohawk Valley Hill Striders team to new heights. But he’s also the every man golf fan, and we don’t get enough fan input in the show. Click here for both segments of the show.

Also, big thank you and congratulations to the folks at Race Dots – the great new way to mount your racing bib on your clothes. If you;re like me, you’ve said it a million times: “When is someone going to come up with a better idea than safety pins???!!! The folks at Race Dots dd it. A magnetic button system attaches your bib to your clothes, holding your bib in place while you run. Choose from American Flag, Paw prints (a portion of the proceeds from these go to rescue animals!), lady bugs, and many more, including any design you can imagine. Several of us rocked the Boilermaker Logo on ours. They really work!
