They did it. They won three games no one picked them to win. They did it with a back-up quarterback who took the reins in December. They beat Belicheat and the Cheatriots. They earned it. Fly, Eagles, Fly.

And three of those losses were betting against the Eagles.
When it came to injuring starting quarterbacks, the old NFL saw was “Knock him out, count ’em out.” This time it was “Knock him out, hand hm a Lombardi Trophy.”
