Jay’s Plays NFL Picks – Week 11 Predictions and Analysis

NEWLY-ACQUIRED MINKAH FITZPATRICKHAS HELPED SOLIDIFY A NEWLY RESURGENT STEELERS DEFENSE.

Torrey the Prediction Cat went a solid 5-1 last week, 2-1 in teasers, hitting with the Bills, the Steelers, the Dolphins and two over calls. The only miss was the STEELERS-rams game was an UNDER. That makes this column’s season totals a respectable 26-10 overall, 10-8 in teasers.

Here’s this week’s picks. As always we use the lines from www.vegasinsider.com and move the line six points in our favor since we do 2-team teasers. HOME TEAM IN CAPS.

ROAD DOGS!

pats +2.5 at EAGLES
steelers + 9.5 at BROWNS

The Pats after a bye? You might as well send out Predator, the Alien, and those super-giant spiders from Eight Legged Freaks. They’ll leave more of the Eagles than the Pats will. Meanwhile, we’ll see how well turnover-prone Mason Rudolph fares away from Pittsburgh. Still…ride the hot hand…

RAVENS +2 vs. texans
chiefs +2.5 at CHARGERS

The Ravens are for real and are only getting stronger. The Texans are treading water. The Chargers are due for their late-season swoon, and the Chiefs are desperate to get some separation in their division so they can concentrate on an all-imporetant bye.

jets +7 at REDSKINS
DOLPHINS-bills OVER 33

The Jets are starting to look competent. The Redskins are as befuddled at ever: a fish that stinks from the head down. (COUGH COUGH!! SNYDER! COUGH COUGH!!) The Dolphins have also shown more than just signs of life, but fire. The Bills blew an opportunity last week in Cleveland. Will they turn into Same Old Bills?

REASON TO SMILE TORREY THE PREDICTION CAT WENT 5-1 LAST WEEK, 2-1 IN TEASERS, SWELLING THE SEASON TOTALS TO 26-10 OVERALL, 10-8 IN TEASERS
